The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and capturing demand through digital channels while ensuring an exceptional buyer experience. This role will be responsible for driving the development and ongoing optimization of all digital marketing campaigns across SOCis markets or clients markets.
Responsibilities
-Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to create and capture demand through paid and organic digital channels
-Manage and optimize high-performing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, including ad boosting, with a focus on reaching specific client KPIs.
-Lead detailed testing and refinement processes for paid social media strategies for a high volume of clients.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover, test, and implement innovative content-boosting techniques and digital strategies across various client verticals.
-Oversee the setup, monitoring, and efficiency of ad campaigns while ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of results.
-Manage relationships with clients, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and budgets while maximizing campaign effectiveness.
-Analyze and present reports on ad performance, costs, and key metrics
-Leverage expertise to optimize campaigns for diverse KPIs, tailoring approaches to meet specific client goals.
-Effectively manage a diverse book of business with multiple clients, ensuring successful campaign execution for each customer.
-Be willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-Proven ability to craft engaging, high-performing ad copy with strong writing and communication skills.
-Passion and expertise in all things digital. Proven expertise in campaign planning, execution, and optimization across major advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook Business Manager, FAcebook Ads Manager, etc.)
-Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple large-scale ad campaigns and stakeholders or clients simultaneously, ensuring precise attention to detail.
-Data-driven mindset with advanced analytical skills, able to interpret data to inform strategic marketing decision-making.
-Bachelors degree preferred.
-2+ years of experience in digital marketing
-Extensive knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, and Meta Business Suite.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
-Preferred experience with Meta reporting tools, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio.
