Arclabs is seeking a Chief Revenue Officer to drive revenue growth and expand the company’s customer base. The ideal candidate will work closely with the founder and partners to implement strategic business plans, manage the sales team, and develop key client relationships. This role requires strong sales leadership, market insight, and the ability to present forecasts and reports while ensuring adherence to established guidelines and providing excellent customer support.

Drive overall revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Design and implement strategic business plans to expand customer base
Present sales reports and forecasts to management team
Identify market trends and develop growth strategies
Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or related field
Proven experience as a sales manager or business development manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
Strong business acumen and industry expertise
Excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills
Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
