Lead team to achieve sales targets
Develop strategic business plans to expand customer base
Cultivate strong, long-term customer relationships
Generate sales reports and forecasts
Identify market trends and monitor competition
Create growth strategies balancing financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct market research and client outreach
Ensure compliance with sales regulations
Maintain accurate sales records
Provide customer support and feedback
Develop junior sales staff

Qualifications

Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Strong business acumen and industry expertise
Excellent communication, negotiation, and rapport-building skills
Ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales, or a related field
