Responsibilities
-Preparing, checking and Posting of Purchase & Sales orders and invoices.
-Revision of purchase & sales orders – Discrepancy Checking – Adjustment Entries – Summary
-Freight Charges accounting and allocating to same to the respective purchase records
-Checking & positing of Debit notes & Credit Notes
-To maintain an accurate daily tracker of pending transactions and make sure no backlog more than 24 hours
-Any other admin related task as assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
-Excellent in MS Office specifically MS Excel
-Basic calculation and math skills
-Proficiency in English
-Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
-Excellent verbal and written communications skills
-Discretion with personal and confidential information – Honest and trustworthy
-100% accuracy on all workings and entries.
